Something sparkled behind the woman on a shelf that caught Leila's eye. What is that round blue thing over there? asked Leila. The woman turned around. That my dear is a very powerful wish globe. A wish globe? Your kidding right, said Leila. Oh I don't kid about anything back here dear. That item is not for sale or rent, said the woman. What you just use it yourself or something? asked Leila. The woman smiled. No I don't have a need for it, said the woman. Besides it only works for those that are deserving. Oh so how does it know if you are deserving? asked Leila. Well lets see, said the woman and she took the blue globe off the shelf and told Leila to put out her hands. Now if you are not deserving the globe will disappear and go back on the shelf by it's self. If you are deserving then it will glow and stay in your hands. Do you want to try it and see if you are a deserving person or not. Well okay, said Leila. The woman smiled then placed the ball in Leila's hands. Now hold it tight and look straight into it. Leila did as she said then found the globe was getting warmer. Then a bunch of strange small images appeared in the globe then disappeared from sight. The globe then began to glow a very bright blue then it went back to normal. Well looks like you are deserving, said the woman. Now let me put it in a bag for you but first there are three things you need to know. Okay what are they? asked Leila that was excited now. First the globe itself does not grant you a wish. It will summon a being for you that it believes is what you need and deserve. A being, said Leila. Yes this globe is from a very mystical dimension where the Fae reside. What are Fae? asked Leila. You know, elves and fairies and other magical beings. Those things are real? asked Leila. Not in this dimesion but yes and there are good ones and bad ones. That is why the orb is used. It will only summon good ones to the deserving. Now once the summon has occured then the globe will vanish and return here. So here you go dear and enjoy one of the hidden wonders of the world. Leila left and walked home with the globe. |
